Current Location: Kemah, Texas

We departed Panama City, Florida in the summer of 2007 after a two year retrofit of Pathfinder a sloop rigged Rival 38'. Leaving during the start of hurricane season is not recommended yet with the sale of our home it was perfect timing for us. We sailed down the east coast of Florida and spent several weeks in St. Pete to finish and purchase last minute supplies before leaving the U.S. We continued on to Dry Tortugas.

After a yearof cruising decided to wait out this hurricane season in Rio Dulce, Guatemala. This was a great time to get off the boat and do some inland travel. The following places are some of our favorites: Tikal, Antigua and Lake Atitlan.

This was ou route from Panama City, Floirda to the Rio Dulce, Guatemala.

After two years of adventures we returened to the states transfomed by our experiences in Central America. We sailed for eight days from Isla Mujeres, Mexico to Galveston, Texas and found a wonderful home at Watergate Marina in Kemah, Texas. Pathfinder is for sale and the future has no bounds.
